SDI 1040 Bond Coat is a two-part clear water-based expoxy primer & coating for use on interior concrete floors.  It can be used as a stand-alone finish for stained floors as an alternative to or a primer for a high-build system.  It offers an upgrade to an acrylic sealer but can also be topped with a polyurethane for unmatched chemical & scratch resistance.

SDI 250 HP Cyclo-Clear is a two-part 100% solids clear cyclo-aliphatic epoxy coating for use on interior floors.  It can be used as a clear topcoat, used to receive a broadcast of vinyl chips or quartz, or colored one of twelve standard colors of SDI Epo-pack. 

SDI 45 MCU is a one-part 45% solids moisture cured UV stable polyurethane topcoat.  It provides superior chemical & abrasion resistance to most most epoxy flooring systems as well as a high-gloss finish. 

SDI EZ-Glow is a dry-bright acrylic floor polish that can be diluted with water and applied a mop to interior, sealed concrete floors. The application of EZ-Glow periodically will enhance the sheen of most sealers over interior concrete floors and also dramatically improve most sealers life spans by acting as a non-yellowing, water-resistant, shiny, tough wearing surface that is easily maintained. EZ-Glow  is diluted with 3 parts water to 1 part EZ-Glow and spray buffed, or mopped onto the sealed surface with a clean yard mop. Multiple coats are recommended for initial application followed by an occasional maintenance coat when necessary. EZ-Glow normally dries within 30 minutes. EZ-Glow comes in 1 gallon bottles concentrated. One gallon of EZ-Glow after dilution should cover approximately 300 square feet per gallon.

SDI EZ-Glow Plus is a high solids acrylic floor polish that can be burnished with high speed burnishing equipment or applied with a clean yarn mop or lambs wool applicator. EZ-Glow plus yields all the same benefits as EZ-Glow with the added bonuses of slip resistance, higher solids-content, better wear-resistance, sheen, and durability when burnished. EZ-Glow Plus does not need to be diluted. It comes in 1 gallon bottles ready-to-use. One gallon of EZ-Glow Plus can cover approximataly 1500 square feet

SDI Repel 75 is a 7.5% active, water-based siloxane/silane water repellant and impregnating agent for vertical or horizontal porous masonry surfaces such as concrete, block, brick, and unglazed tile. Repel 75 will penetrate and chemically bond deep within the substrate to provide long lasting protecting against deterioration or staining due to water conditions. Repel 75 will not impair the natural breathing characteristics of treated substrates, nor will it produce a film. Apply with a roller, brush or sprayer at rate of 100-300 ft² per gallon.

SDI Repel 120 is a premium water repellant with 12% active silane/siloxane for better performance characteristics than Repel 75.

SDI EPO-SHIELD "Satin" is a breathable non-yellowing Water Based penetrating Epoxy-Acylic designed for interior concrete sealing applications such as stamped, stenciled, cementitious overlays, acid stained and brushed or trowel finished concrete surfaces. Use on horizontal and vertical. Meets ASTM cure and seal specifications.
