Super Blue is a mild acidic detergent that etches and cleans any concrete surface. Its use is recommended prior to apllying stain to enhance the color and penetration of the stain as wel as increase adhesion of the sealer. It is not necessary to neutralize before sealing. Dilute Super Blue with 3 parts water to 1 part Super Blue, spray or mop over the concrete surface applying liberally. Allow to penetrate for about 5 minutes, scrub lightly with brush or broom then rinse thoroughly and allow to dry completely. If spraying, use acid resistant sprayer.
